Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Yasmin Bodrum Resort, as data controller, wishes to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Personal Data Processed

Your identity and contact details (name, email, phone), reservation and request information, and transaction-security data relating to your use of our site may be processed.

Purposes and Legal Basis

Your data is processed to manage your requests and reservations, fulfil contractual obligations, comply with legal obligations, and—based on your explicit consent—for communication activities, relying on the legal grounds in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Transfer and Retention

Your data is not transferred except to suppliers necessary to provide the service and to legal authorities; it is retained for the period required by law or by the purpose of processing.

Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the rights set out in Article 11 of the KVKK, including to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request rectification or erasure, and object to processing.
