House Rules

House rules apply at Yasmin Bodrum Resort to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of every guest. The rules to be observed in guest rooms, across the facilities and during activities are set by the resort, with the health and safety of our guests as our first priority. Guests are expected to observe standards regarding noise, hygiene, operating hours and general conduct. Additional rules set by the resort apply to special events and activities. All guests are asked to respect these rules throughout their stay.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. All guests are required by law to present a valid ID or passport at check-in. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Facility opening hours

Opening hours for the pools, beach, restaurants, bars and spa vary by season and are posted on site. For safety reasons, swimming is not permitted outside lifeguard duty hours in the pool and beach areas.

Conduct and quiet hours

Quiet hours apply between 24:00 and 08:00 for the comfort of all guests. The resort reserves the right to terminate a stay in the event of behaviour that disturbs other guests, breaches of house rules, or disrespectful conduct towards staff.

Dress code and hygiene

Guests are kindly asked not to wear swimwear in the restaurants and bars, and to choose appropriate attire for evening dining. Hygiene rules are to be observed throughout the resort.

Smoking, pets and safety

Smoking is prohibited indoors; designated smoking areas are marked on site. For pet policies and additional rules regarding special events, please enquire at the time of booking. The resort is not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe.

Reservation, cancellation and payment conditions vary by the selected rate and stay dates. The applicable conditions are stated in your booking confirmation.
